CIAMBELLONE

2 tuorli d’uovo
2 cucchiai e mezzo di zucchero
1 cucchiaio di farina
Buccia di limone
Mezzo litro di latte
Portare il latte in ebollizione aggiungere l’impasto ottenuto con le uova lo zuccheroE la farina mescolare sino ad ottenere una crema liscia e compatta
